These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DataHubz Platform, including its suite of services operating under the Hubz application (collectively, the "Platform"), owned and operated by DataHubz LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("DataHubz," "we," "our," or "us").
By accessing or using the Platform, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms, including our Privacy Policy and any applicable order forms or service agreements.
The Platform provides tools to help organizations prepare for and maintain compliance with regulatory frameworks including, but not limited to, GDPR, HIPAA, CMMC, SOC 2, and ISO 27001. These tools include AI-powered assessments, document management, evidence tracking, compliance roadmaps, reporting capabilities, and audit readiness support.
The Platform is not a legal service or a substitute for legal or regulatory advice. Customers remain solely responsible for meeting their compliance obligations.
We offer a fifteen (15) day free trial. During this period, you may be required to provide valid credit card information. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial without incurring any charges.
You may subscribe to one or more compliance frameworks within the Platform. Each framework subscription is contracted for a one (1) year term and may be renewed annually.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform for non-payment or invalid payment methods.
